Hanna Bergene may be the newest member of Team Paperkite, but this Cooperstown native is no stranger to the community. As our Social Media Manager, Hanna brings her years of social media and customer service experience, as well as an upbeat energy, to our clients’ platforms.
“I always try to approach it with a positive and fun spin,” she explained. “I think about what the world needs more of, and what I would want to see on social media.”
It’s no surprise that her favorite platform is Instagram.
“I love the focus on beautiful images, the ease of the platform and feel-good content!”
Like many residents and visitors to Cooperstown, Hanna draws inspiration from the scenic vistas of Otsego Lake. To keep her creativity flowing, her outlets include exercising and cooking while listening to her favorite tunes, whether its Lake Street Dive or Frank Sinatra. Traveling is one of Hanna’s passions and she counts Norway, with its natural beauty and friendly people, as one of her favorite destinations.
Globally and locally, social media connects businesses and potential customers on a daily basis. As social media marketing continues to evolve, Hanna is excited to explore the emerging platform of messenger marketing: “Bots are such a useful tool and have so much potential, it is essentially adding a staff member to your team.”
